Code Words

I know it’s a few days old but I felt the need to post it for a few reasons.

1. The Police immediately swarm the woman and bum-rush her out the door.
2. There are signs that say “Don’t Tread on Me” that are not taken down.
3. The poster was of Rosa Parks. Not sure of the point of the poster, but it was rolled up and on the chair in front of her.
4. The crowd cheers when she is “escorted” out the door.

The Politics of fear is getting out of control. Doesn’t matter what you see, read, or hear from the “News” sources all you get is nothing more than propaganda. Myself, I try to get it from several sources and attempt to get through the bullshit obfuscation. More and more I realize there is no truth.

I often wonder if we really want to know the truth. Let’s be honest, as long as we hear what we want to, we are o.k. with it. If someone disagrees, then we attack them and label them as, Liberals, Neo-Cons, Bible thumpers, War mongerers, Blue staters, Red staters, etc….. The list is perpetual and growing everyday.

And then we have the ultimate insult – a Socialist ! GASP ! Get the gun Honey ! Run for the hills !

I saw one video where this lady was screaming about “return our country to the constitution” . The moderator asked her in what way? …………………………… nothing. She had notes but I guess not enough. I wonder if she calls Obama the Teleprompter President?

I don’t know about you but when I have read the Constitution ( only a few times, BORING with my short attention span) I see “We the people” etc..etc.. Not “Go back to where you’re from”, “How dare THOSE people display a flag other than ours” and the all-time best “speak English if you want to be here”. Last time I checked English isn’t the native language to this continent. But why let trivial facts get in the way of good sound bites.

Anyhoo, are they planning any “Town Hall Meetings” in “Urban” areas ?  I wonder if that brave upstanding citizen will attend? Put “those” people in there place?
